Over the years, Ive noticed that if you expect inadequate service, you are less likely to be disappointed. I used to manage my own store and have spent the majority of my life in customer service positions. I didnt come to shop the day we stopped by, I figured Id browse the sale section just in case something jumped in my arms. I met a total stranger that morning and couldnt take my eyes off her boots. I had to have them. She said she thought they were out of stock. I was frozen. Tara rocked as she researched the boots, helped other customers, showed me alternative styles in the event we couldnt find the ones I wanted and ultimately sealed the deal and ordered them for me. By the time we finished talking, I felt like we had been friends for years. Kim was a huge part of our boot mission and made my day. . Did i mention I hate shopping? Without the both of you, I would have had a great ride, Hooters for lunch, a cool t shirt, but NO boots. Thank you both for all your help and kind words on a personal note....I am so satisfied and appreciative. Thank you and we will definitely see you again when we head that way. Customer service is alive and kicking in this store!
